I would like to answer that question start with analysing the assure model.Planing and delivering instruction need a procedural guide that integrates technlogy and media into the teaching process. A systematic approach to writing lesson plans, helping teachers organize instructional procesures or helping teachers do an authentic assesment ,and analysing learners.
Now i want to mention my thought that subject. When i was high school, also my teachers had been effective in helping students learn and achieve the objectives of my course. Analyze learners, select, modify, design methods media & materials, utilize media & materials, require learner participation , steps that my teachers followed. On the contrary, there are some steps which were not followed by my teachers. For example, state objectives or evaluate & revise were missing ones.
I think that teachers can not apply all the steps in classroom. Hovewer, trying to do these are is one of the most remarkable improvement in education since there steps will help students to improve their skills and knowledge properly. Selime ,you are the lucky student who were provided these learning models.
