My superteacher should give equal attention to the development of their students and to their own learning processes.Instead of only giving answers, my superteacher should ask questions.He/She must be organized, thougtful,evaluative,tolerant,self-reflective,flexable etc.
He/she must be unafraid of negative consequences.They should solve the negative problems and its consequence as soon as possible because being a super teacher must requare it. And another point is my superteacher must be pay attention to be discipline and expecting the same discipline to their students.
